With a Masters in Psychology and Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, Jaya comes with an experience of 14 years in the HR industry. She has contributed in the areas of hiring, talent management, identifying training needs, facilitating soft skill / behavioral workshops, analyzing gaps in various human processes and implementing human resource interventions. She has worked with Pyraamid, Dale Carnegie Training and Pidilite Industries Ltd respectively.
Jaya is also a certified PAPI- 3 assessor which is an assessment tool for personality traits.
Jaya has facilitated workshops for sectors namely Banking, IT, ITES, Hospitality, Telecom, Education, Pharma, FMCG etc as Senior Training Consultant.
Mahi is currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology from Indiana University. Her research, focusing on working memory and decision making, has been presented at the Cognitive Science Society (2019) and the Human Behaviour and Evolution Society (2019, 2018).
Her research has received funding from prestigious organizations such as the Templeton Foundation and the National Science Foundation (USA).
Prior to her current research endeavours, she completed her MA in Clinical Psychology from University of Mumbai. There she gained expertise in various assessment tools such as MMPI, TAT, etc. Due to her academic prowess, she was awarded the Shri Vinayak Shankar Gold Medal in Psychology from University of Mumbai.

Mr Bhutange also has a vast experience in developing and implementing various schemes under the public-private partnerships and bringing in a range of organisations together for corporate training in more than 900 vocational training institutes in India. Mr. Pranit Bhutange is the young talent of L&S, who has made a name for himself in the skill development and vocational training sector for quite some time.
